Pamela Ross (Simons) is a graduate of Walden University, where her Business Management studies were concentrated in Knowledge and Learning Management. She also holds Diplomas in Professional Microcomputer Technology, Paralegal Studies, Fashion Management, Fitness and Nutrition, and Certificates in Instructing the Adult and Labour Studies. She is a Microsoft Office Specialist Authorized Instructor.

Ms. Ross is CEO/Chief Learning Consultant with Bermuda Learning Solutions Ltd. BLS is a virtual organization which concentrates its efforts on collaborating with the small workplace learning community in Bermuda.

Her specialty is knowledge and learning management She personally delivers motivational, leadership, team-skills, change, sales, service, technology and personal effectiveness programmes.

Ms. Ross supports her global vision by aligning herself with vendors, associates and clients in Canada, USA, the Caribbean and Bermuda. Her experience outside of North America has provided her with a strong understanding of global business issues and how learning solutions can support business.

Randy Delisle
Consultant Partner

Randy is an experienced and innovative management and training consultant with expertise in the areas of sales and leadership development, performance coaching and consulting, process improvement, manager and trainer development and career and organizational transitions.

He has personally instructed to over 5000 people in university, government and corporate environments in several countries, spoken at several international conferences and has advised more than 1000 individuals on career development and transition issues.

Randy has consulted with organizations as diverse as: Adobe, Air Canada, Bank of Bermuda, B.C. Government, British Telecom, Capital One, CIDA, Intel, Pfizer, Microsoft, Nexen Exploration, Dofasco, Nordstrom, Sun Life Financial, The Limited, Yale University and Priority Management Australia. He is a Certified Human Resource Planner (CHRP) and Certified Technical Trainer (CTT). He earned a B.A in Translation and Interpretation from the University of Ottawa as well as a Masters degree in Management and Adult Education from Norwich University in Vermont.
